Look, what you’re doing with this website is awesome, but seriously, attracting newcomers is going to be nearly impossible. This site looks like it’s stuck in the early 2000s! I can’t even figure out where to find the content I need—everything’s just all over the place. And don’t get me started on the “post new topic” button—it’s so tiny! What the heck? Everything feels so cramped together. Please, take a cue from some well-known forum sites, update the design, and make it user-friendly, not this intimidating mess!

You might be alone on this one.

It functions perfectly, is easy to navigate, and performs all the functions you'd expect from a forum. I personally wouldn't want any modern design trends in it, I'm here to read valuable content not get my daily feed of dopamine (although I get some of that too). What do you need? A front section with a Lamborghini and animated gradient?

From a marketer's perspective, how can you say it sucks considering it has a large user base, part of which pays to access the forum? Have you monitored the data? New user signup rate, the total number of users, and activity levels?
