Think big, execute with a smile

Tackle the biggest meanest guy first
Then circle back later. No great story ever starts with the guy that figured s/he would slowly work his way through each manager, s/he goes to the top and gets her/his eyes opened.
Ahem...
The biggest thing is being able to take on a big task and to work out the details, to challenge yourself and others to meet a higher standard and to figure out how to get there.
How can we do it, what are we going to do, where have we got to go to make ourselves the BEST?

Be Accountable
If you don't do it, WHO IS???

Its the person that comes out on top, not what they do
You will change, if you truly tackle a problem, and it will make everything you do more effective. Ask yourself "who can I become"


Enlist others
The first step is to take yourself out of the picture and to see how everything operates without you. Once you see your company without you, you can see what you truly are bringing to the table

Inspire yourself
Its contageous! Take a walk, have a talk, reach out to a person in need, and do something for free. Inspiration whispers to customers, and to the people who talk to you.

Chin up
Don't ever undervalue your thoughts, never let yourself shrink "for others", keep your chin up recover from stumbles with grace. It will pay off over the long haul.

Don't get needy
Keep your individual spark, and don't let number crunching pull you down! Just say "I'll keep going until I see the end" and if you can, make it fun and do it your way. Let others tell you what they need and then come back with a result done your way.



Create a vision of who you will become, where you will go, what challenges you might face, what everyone stands to lose if you don't succeed, the people that will pull you over the line and the inspiring image of completion.

A big idea, needs someone willing to TAKE IT ON, and everytime you achieve small ideas, maybe you should ask yourself, am I ignoring and neglecting a larger one?

CAN I GO BIGGER?
Ask the question, and you might be surprised that the answer is yes.
