Great attitude
but...
It is your life, no one elses, and you should be in charge of how you live it.
There is no ONE attitude that will help you, there are many.
I guess the message I would prefer to take away from this video, is "think again" or "try another view" to help find a larger one. But not "do as he does", because that isn't a good way to value yourself and your time imho.
