Say, you have just started a small business (LLC) and have not 'yet' generated any revenue for the last year in business, and you have no employees working for you as of yet. Does a person still have to file a business tax? And at what amount of dollars does a business have to make that requires that business to file faxes. Also do you have to consult with an accountant and/or bookkeeper.

Thanks guys

YES, you do still have to file taxes.

YES, you should consult with your CPA.

NO, there is no set dollar amount you need to earn before you have to file taxes.

Good luck in your new venture!
