Hi All,
We have multiple sources of tasks, multiple hats to wear esp for entrepreneurs.
We have job, side hustles, families , multiple emails and business formalities. Multiple people to handle - contract employees, employees, relatives.
We can try Getting things done approach but may loose focus on Priority of the week(Important but not urgent)
So how do you prioritize and keep track of them- some examples include calendar invites from job, business, employees, contractors? Is there an auto consolidation?
How do you not loose focus if important but not urgent?
What tools do you use?
