Let's see, you have a business that's growing and you have the opportunity to sell it for for 6 figures but you know that it may be worth 7/8 figures in a few years.
What do you do? Take the money now or wait and see what happens?
One of the stories that comes to my mind is Friendster who was offered $30 million from Google in 2003 and turned down by thinking that it would be valued in billions years later.
Well that didn't happen and they ended selling Friendster for a price under $30 million.
