I have a plan:
When my son asks me to get something he wants, I now often ask him, whether his buddies want it, too.
When yes, I ask him to get 10 people, who will take one and than look for a b2b dealer to get the 11 pieces.
Slowly he understands:
-first look for customer,
-second for the product,
-> sell
When he gets both, I do the deal and he gets his piece for free and some share.
We did that only once already, but I hope to repeat!
