It all started when you started reading books about millionaires... You wished you were the one who created microsoft/facebook/amazon/apple/ebay/ect...
WhoooooW! stop right there.
Look around and you will learn that all the people who got reach already knew something or were already working in the businesses they created. Ok! all may agree that anyone can learn a new skill at any stage in their lives but there is an easier way!
What if i told you that you have 75% chance of creating a fastlane on a niche that you are familiar with or have experience in. I'll make an example of someone you know very well... MJ DE-MARCO! yes the good old funny guy who brought us together!
He worked for a LIMO company and created an online limo service that made him millions. Please don't make the same mistake i made after i read THE MILLIONAIRE FAST LANE. I went and tried to start a limo service when i knew nothing about the limo business... and i failed with flying colors. I also went to open another website that made ZERO bucks in 3 years. More time lost.
Wait a minute! Don't I know something about real estate development... That's the question I asked myself and the answer was yes! Actually I already developed 2 properties. Bam! and what do you know... That turned out to be my fastlane.
Now Im also producing building bricks and importing plastic windows from CHINA! The moral of my thread is: It's much easier to create a business from something you are familiar with... don't look too far. just look down at your feet. You are already standing on a fastlane.
