In retrospect I guess the answer was 'yes'.

Speaking for myself I was up over 30% in 2009 and over 40% YTD in 2010.

As I mentioned earlier, my buddies who are not happy w/who is in the White House have made more money the past 2 years on the markets and on RE than they have in decades.

But they do not attribute this windfall (I'm literally talking 200-500% ROI) on the current President.

Funny how some politicians get credit for this stuff, and some don't.

All part of the game . . .
