My name is Bryan Roy Slay, I go by Roy. I am going into business with my family. We currently own a working food trailer and smoker and are in the process of building a rolling bar out of a horse trailer. We are country people and our main food is BBQ. We are based in southern Oregon. I am currently incarcerated until 2025 and trying to learn all that I can to better serve my family while they run the business without me and also so that I can hit the ground running when I get out.
