What kinds of things go into a marketing plan, Im talking about plain english, what is the goal of a marketing plan and what are some example strategies?

How does one Value a company before and after the Startup funds have been injected?

My theory is if a big number of visitors visit a site, then the bigger # of views makes more money with advertising, Right?

We are looking for a local (Seattle Area) full time web manager, where can one look for things like this?
