I'm just trying to dodge some of the risks and costs of international ventures, and offering a cut of the profits for the help given.

What is so hard to understand? Using the forum to find money, partners, etc., is against the rules. It always has been.

You cannot rewrite your proposal.

There's a reason why for the rule— because ultimately, the forum cannot and will not be responsible for scams perpetrated by anonymous users at anonymous locations.

Your "joint venture" sounds scammy, just like a guy we had here 7 years ago.

Last I heard, that guy is under indictment awaiting trial.
