Has anyone had any luck with a particular SEO company?

I have been continuing my quest to find a true talented company or individual with little to no luck.

The SEO field is mainly full of "wanna be" professionals with less than optimal skill sets. The thing about search marketing is it takes time to be able to truly see if the person you are working with "paying for" is worth his salt. What a great platform for the BS types to take advantage of the small business owner. This is why everyone calls themselves an SEO professional when they are most likely not. So you might find someone that had great success dropping profile links 3 years ago and now that same technique wont get you anywhere and on it goes. That is an example of the crap I am weeding through lately.

I have learned a lot about the subject but I don't have the time to take my finger off the pulse of my businesses to sit and work my sites or else I would just work it myself. I need to hand this over to someone who can truly deliver.

A true SEO pro would be working to stay ahead of the Google curve and always learning whats new and best as the algorithm continues to change. We all kow its an ever changing project.
