Thought I would try my first speedway posting, I've been rather dormant from the forum for the last year or so, due to many reasons but mostly just been focused on family and some core projects getting off the ground. But I wanted to share my Fastlane efforts with you guys to get your feedback and ideas to keep them moving forward.

Up first, we purchased a rental property a few years back. We rent through an agency but we wanted to add a website of our own to make it easier to explain the condo and also to attract renters. We created a web site to give it a more professional look and a family feel. The main target audience is families with kids who are looking for a easy (all year round) vacation spot.

Background, this is a basic WP theme that I modified. Most of the time was collecting the photo's and keeping it simple. The heavy updating is to keep the events updated (on my action list to do as we are in a new year).
