Sales Building Question

Hey guys,

I've been building a floor cleaning company (waxing etc) and we're at the point where we've done a few jobs and we have all the equipment we need and just purchased a building to use as our service facility.

I have closed 4 deals myself and the jobs went great but I really want to build this company faster so I am thinking about hiring salesman on commission. Initially I am thinking of 2-3 salesman with me as backup/closer if need be.

I really just want someone to validate this for me, my partners say I can do whatever I want, just get the work. My thinking is hire people to do what you don't do best, if you cant do IT, get an IT guy, if your horrible at bookkeeping, hire an bookkeeper etc...

Am I off my rocker here?
