sales as a profession

I am thinking of attending a sales school or applying to an online training Is anyone on here in the sales field and could anyone tell me all about it.

I was in real estate sales for about 18 months, not my cup a of tea but I learned a lot.

If your the right kind of person you can make a killing in sales. Most people in sales are not very good and probably shouldn't be their, but you do run into real pro's. I can think of RE agents that even in this economy will probably make $800k-$1m this year.

I think the best advice I ever got was to sell something thats profitable so if your good at it you will make money. Selling cars and vacuum cleaners will never make you rich; selling real estate, or in other high dollar areas, might.
