SaaS idea needs market research - How to find the potential customers to ask them questions?

I have a SaaS idea I need to validate/refine by talking to potential customers. My idea centres around career development and feedback so my niche is likely to be new managers, team leaders and career aspirational people.
How would I find people like this and approach them to get feedback? Online forums? Real people, ex-colleagues? Just a post on a forum or a link to a questionnaire?

like you already mentioned, you can start from your circle/ community or friends of friends.
maybe also depend on your delivery method, fill in questionnaire, survey form or just open conversation.
