S Corp info needed

In Florida we have Sunbiz.org and it provides online access to your info for anyone to see. My industry is real competitive and I need to form a new corp and not be visible to anyone trying to connect me from one business to another.

Is it possible to setup an S Corp or LLC in a company name so that your personal information isnt readily available to the public?

I don't think it is possible in FL. But you can set up an LLC in another state, like NV, and then register your NV LLC in FL. In NV, you only list the manager with the Sec of State. You can chose a nominee manager that doesn't need to be you. Members are not listed with the filings. We sometimes provide our clients with nominee managers when setting up LLC's for this purpose.
