I just saw this talk with Brian Rose and Ryan Holiday on London Real (Yes, another video from London Real. I'm a fan

I enjoyed it. Ryan talked about his mentorship with Robert Greene, marketing, Stoicism, college (dropping out), etc.
Q/A 1.
Brian: "If you could make a phone call...(usually to a 20 y/o)...and you could give that man a bit of advice. What would you tell him?"
Ryan: "Relax, like just chill the f*** out..."

Well I keep telling myself that I am going to read a book on Stoicism and started "Meditations" several times but never completed it. It's currently on hold for me at my local library (an article Ryan wrote pushed me to get a library card, he was opposed to libraries though lol) so once I get it, I'll read it for sure. Has anyone here read a book on Stoicism? Has it helped you out?
