Arguably a lot of real estate moguls have issues ;post eviction, or when people move out, some people even break the lease and move out early. However while they do have maintenance staff. I think that theres an opportunity in rapid response clean up, turn around times of less than 24 hours.

I'm thinking of 1099'ing a few people I'd need to work for me, and just covering the basics repainting, and deep cleaning the apartment making everything look new with fast turn around times helping landlords get properties back on the market potentially saving them money, from what I understand sometimes turn around times can be very slow like a few weeks to two months or so, I have a few extra details that make this idea work, but those are trade secrets.
