Rental Income Idea

Many of my tenants do business with the local Rent a Center. Rent a Center is not happy with me over there and I would like very much for my tenants not to have to do business with them.

The head butting with them started because they always call me for residential verification and I always give them the info they need to help my tenant. One time I had a tenant avoiding me and I went to RAC to check if they knew if the tenant had skipped or not. They would not give me the time of day. I nicely explained to them that we are and will be providing services and merchandise for the same customers for a long time. If they would like my cooperation I would think a little reciprical cooperation would be in order. Newest manager agrees but still no cooperation.

So, I am thinking that I would like to be able to provide the things my tenants need, for more money per month. Maybe even run RAC out of town. Where would I get the wholesale cost for appliances and TV's(BIG TV's)? ideas?
