For the past few years I've noticed that almost every day the Dow had a bad day, 30 yr fixed rates would drop. It's been accurate to about 95% of the time. Now for the past 6 months or so, interest rates have risen no matter how bad the stock market has done. Anybody else seeing this, and thinking it's wierd?
