I am taking our old business model of housewise being a wholesaler for real estate. Now the website will bring the motivated sellers, investors, and reo agents together directly by listing a free classified ad for selling investment property or investors looking for property can post a free "property wanted" ad.
I had posted my first demo and made changes after your helpful comments. I do plan on having just a simple and usable site that is not flashy.
Ok so i took a lot of advice and changed the landing page for my new housewise.com site House Wise : Free Classifieds Short Sale | Foreclosures | Bank Owned | Investment Property | Rent To Own | Buy And Sell Houses this is the site that IS NOT LIVE but is my DEMO site and is still set for me as user so I can edit (hence the edit buttons on some pages that users will NOT see when launched.
Also the other links are NOT complete yet and we are working on the account sign up feature to allow users to save favorite property and see recent searches. Sellers will be able to edit , add or delete listings from a simple page once signed in.
my domain is www. housewise.com HouseWise, Inc. | We Buy and Sell Real Estate once complete we will replace the current site.
