Im starting this thread in order to look for more insights from others and possibility bounce thoughts from other people.

Heres what I know so far
-I have a strong soft skill of understanding people and I in fact enjoy meeting alot of people and in a sense interviewing them and measuring their intelligence along with other characteristics .
-Cambodia has a culture for a lack of trust when it comes to having others work from them except for family.
This is a result of either a person betraying their trust or self fulfilling prophecy.
-This results is alot of businesses not being able to grow because their is no delegation so alot of people are limited .
-I don't have any background in recruitment agency

Problems I see initially
- I have no credibility
- I'm thinking that people culturally wont change and not sure if my target customer small businesses would be a good choice vs what all recruitment agencies do here which focuses on professionals.

My current status
-getting a job in Cambodia to save money and immerse myself in the culture more.
-living and food taken care of.
-good enough understanding of the native language to talk to others
-still finishing out my finance degree online

What i've done so far
-visited the most popular recruitment agencies
-talked to lawyers to see what it would cost to start a business here as a foreigner
-interviewed with a guy who is head of a recruitment agency
-applied to recruitment agencies ( not accepted for a number of reasons, the popular ones require a degree and the local ones requires fluency of their native language)

Information about recruitment agencies I know
- Really low barrier of entry, anyone can pop open a shop and do it for free
-They charge by application . EX: a position filled with a person making 200$ a month will be a fee of 20 dollars
- They do a numbers game to increase profits ie throwing applicants to jobs openings as fast as they can
- Most recruitment agencies focus on young professionals in Cambodia
-Their is also another kind of agencies where they train Cambodian people to work as cheap labor in developed countries like Japan, Thailand, southeast Asian islands .

If theirs any more information your wondering to grasp my situation or what I know in Cambodia please ask . Im mainly looking for more suggestions of what more I could do to clarify doing a recruitment agency .
