Right now, I'm trying to evaluate an idea from my target market (travel agents.)
I had no problem making cold calls to *get* the idea, but I find myself having difficulty picking up the phone to see if others are having a similar problem.
So far I've read MFL, 4HWW, Made to Stick, First 20 Hours, Blue Ocean Strategy, Lean Startup, and the first half of E-Myth.
I'm not trying to rely on a book as my source for action, but I feel like I need a good kick in the a$$ to get back in gear.
