I'm trying to figure out where I can get statistics about the amount of subdivision in my particular area along with other solid RE statistics.

Thanks

I think you need to re read your question, I can't understand. Do you want to know how much houses are selling for in an area? A realtor can help you with that info.

You mean the number of subdivisions? I would then take a trip the local county clerk and ask them. Why do you need to know how many subdivisions there are?

I'm doing initial research for an idea I'm pursuing. So far the concept is looking great so know I'm just gathering real estate statistics.
