Ok so i am trying to figure out this 10-Q. It seems pretty straightforward but the numbers are confusing:

INTERNET BRANDS, INC. - Quarterly Report

Are the numbers 1 = 1000 so 24,987 would be 24.9MM? I am not looking to invest in their stock persay but I would like some insight ino the company financials. Just trying to be clear about what I am looking at.

Also, It says their current volume is 22.5k at $6~ a share, is the volume the amount of shares that have been sold?

Maybe i should have titled this post... beginners investing... even though its not the complete intention..
