Saw random post in the buy/sell/trade section on FB that a girl's family were all going to be gone/busy on the holiday, or she couldn't make it back home for some reason. Anyhow, she offered to stand in line for people at $20/hr for first hour, then $10 afterwards per hour on Black Friday. I've seen the ridiculousness, actually having stood in line with gf & her relatives for a dumb cooking pan set for a couple hours. Just pure insane value of time. Just an idea for anyone who possibly wants a small hustle/quick cash. Granted, your time could be spent elsewhere, but hey...stand in lines for 8 hours and you can even browse the internet/work on your business, and make an easy $100-$150...hell, charge more. Maybe charge people $20-$30/hr to stand in line for them, and hire some neighborhood kids for $8/hr, pocket the rest? Could do this in a bigger quantity for those looking for quick holiday cash. My thinking is they stand in line the 4-8-12 hrs or whatever is needed, then the person actually buying item comes to take the place.
