Quiz Lead Magnet on WordPress Site

Does anyone know how to set up a quiz using WordPress and MailCheat(Chimp) so that prospects take the quiz and get their results when they sign up please? Or Some other tool to achieve the same goal?

I've got a pop-up on my site offering access to a quiz made with LearnDash here: Blog - Compucademy but I want to make this more enticing, as currently prospects sign up and then get send a link to the quiz.

Had this exact question myself recently when advising a client on how to implement quizzes for segmenting their audience.

Two options that stood out were Thrive Quizzes (I believe that's the name - it's from the Thrive Themes suite) and Typeform, which created some really clean looking designs.
