I recently returned to Chile, where my father has been working as a salesperson for "Comienzo Verde", which is an ecofriendly orientated large scale rural subdivision.
Ranging from 54895.943square feet ( these cost between $10.000 usd-$15.000)

I'll show some pictures so you may get the idea of the project. My questions on this is: My father has been selling on a small scale say 1-3 lots at a time, i'm looking for ideas to interest large scale buyers who could come in as investors and buy up 10+ at a time!
