Question for Steve O?

Hello Steve O, I have saved some good reserves as a Real Estate agent and have always been intrigued with Commercial Real Estate. It seems like the only way that I will be exposed to learning Commercial investing is by singning up with a reputable Commercial Brokerage. What area in Commercial Real Estate would you advice me to get into. I own residential investment properties and want to make the move to apartment complexes. I feel like becoming a Commercial agent would expose me to everything I would need to be a successful investor. What advice would you give me. Thanks.
