Hi all, I am 17 years old now
I have started my first business and I am sending out cold emails. in my area I noticed that a lot of local fitness clubs do not have a website and the ability to make online reservations (or there is a website but it is just disgusting).
I understand that once I find my first client he will agree to the website and he will have to deliver his desired result (website).
I do not have experience in creating sites so I need hire a person on upwork or fiver who knows how to make sites, but the problem is that my offer is that I am paid only after I delivered my service (ie website) then the question, how do I then pay for the work of someone I hired on upwork?
What do you advise to do in this situation I see two ways so far
1. revise my offer and charge a fee first to give a percentage of this fee to the person who will make the website.
2. learn on my own (it will take a lot of time, which I would rather spend on marketing and cold calls). I'm confused.... Thanks for all your answers!!!
