Hey guys..
following situation, hope some of you have experience how to handle my problem:
we are 3 guys and planning to found a company..
everybody gets 33 % shares.
my friend, me and the coder ( we just met)
now we want to found.
we need the coder to build the web project and to supervise it if its running.
my friend and i have no clue of coding so we are addicted.
what if the site is running and having 10k 100k or even 1kk users and the coders says goodbye i want to do something else, or i the coder has an accident..
we cant support the technique of the site without him....
so what are the standarts to write in the contracts, that he cant´t just get off with his shares or even sell them and dont care what happens.
do you have any suggestions? how did you handle this problem?
