We talking lifetime access or a monthly fee?
Most people (at least at my school) wouldn't have hired a tutor. So comparing prices is a little redundant. I personally would go down the low cost, mass market pricing.
The other option is to sell the service to schools. MyMaths for example made its creators incredibly wealthy when they sold to Oxford Uni, and now generates even more money for the Uni.
