Preparing for my first business call

I'm freaking out. I built an app as a side project (still in development) and a really big company wants to collaborate. I am still in uni, I dont have a company or anything, not even a website for my app (do I explain this). Everything is happening too fast. What should I expect? The person who will be calling me is involved in the business side of the company, so I dont believe it will be too technical (I would prefer if it was). I dont want to sound like a fool and blow this opportunity. We briefly messaged each other about integrating content from this company into my app, and vice versa. What do you think this call will be about?
