I just wanted to get a convo going in this section.
For those of you that are starting out or even mid way. Do not forget your most useful resource right now is cheap labor. all of your offsite linking, content creation all of that stuff is very cheap now.
I am hiring quite a few people to do things for various sites. its great to know that things will be working while i am not stressing over getting it done. Good US labor is super cheap right now. i am paying $8 which is way above average and getting folks that would normaly(sp?) be making twice that to do simple tasks and content for me.
It will really excel what you are doing once you let some of the workload goto someone else, just make sure you give clear instructions and pay on time.
im starting to get tons of traffic and i also have more time to work on the things i need to not the things that someone else can do for cheap.
anyone else hiring out right now?
