In this post, I'm going to share a useful tip that helped me improve massively over the past year, and also helped me stay motivated.

It usual that people don't ever congratulate themselves for achievements. On top of that, most talk badly about themselves. This is very unproductive for the long-term.
Why? Because you have to have a good relationship with yourself to keep doing the tiring habits.

Practical tip: make a daily habit out of talking really nice to yourself!
Examples: say "I love myself" 5 times;
"I talk nicely to myself because I deserve it" 5 times;
I won't give you more examples as it is best to be authentic

A Bonus will be that this positive energy will radiate, thus making you a better partner, friend, acquaintance, and so on.
