Hi! I would like to ask for adwice. I'm New here. I work with parents in family business, whith which occurred in the unenviable position. We lost almost all busines we had, and we strugle to kip family house and work shop for furniture poduction.
I'm reading the millionire Fastlane naw and I trying to find new ways to add value at our products and find new costumers.
The last two years I spend my free time with the development of modular holday house whitch are wery popular in our part of europe. Koncept of house based on fast assembling, possability of relocating, streaching or shortning of rooms.
I am preaty intence about what happening to our famely business but still I believe never is to late and with proper atitute for our business we can fill some market needs and use our experience to switch the lane.
The question is: How would you suggest me to raise fastlane awareness, to came in tuch with market and potential buyers? How to fell their needs and build bussines with that?
