Here's the problem I'm working through right now: operating a UG in Germany costs about 5k in the first year.
My idea is to cover that by selling website designs. Local agencies charge around 1.5k per site, so I'd aim for roughly the same. The structure I have in mind: first Monday of every month, go hunting for clients, then deliver the first design by Friday. Land that five times over the year, and the rest of my time goes into CENT ideas.
What do you think?
