Hello,
I have been reading posts in this forum and have gotten some good tips from people.
- listen to peoples problems and create ideas around it
- online (as also mentioned in MFL book) is a great place to start
-create better content that competition.
Why online?
If you read my intro, I am missing a lot of time with my kids. So my goal is to get out of my night shift job and spend time working from home. Once I get enough income to replace my full time job, I am certainly out of here. Plus I can reach across the globe with online stuff.
If I start looking at inventing now, that would most likely require me to work outside and away from home. Which defeats the whole purpose of my goal.
Now, I had a few things in mind and narrowed it down to just 2 things.
1. Affiliate marketing
2. App for parenting
1. Yes, I know Mj did say that this is still working for somebody and my life could go down the drain with a change in their policy (Just read about amazon last week yikes).
But I am planning to diverse my sources to protect myself againts policy change etc. I do have a background in designing website and can write good content. A friends daughter in college uses grammarly and helped her in her papers so I could use that in my content writing as well.
With 3 kids and a mortgage, I have very limited budget and I feel affiliate marketing will be a good place to start.
2. App production. I have a very good app that I want to employ online. This will protect kids and give a peace of mind to the parents. Ive searched the app store and seen a few in this niche but I know I can make it better! I've been reading their app reviews and I could use those to make this app work.
Now my problem is I dont know anything about coding and with limited budget I wont be able to pay someone to create the app for me. I also would really like to learn how to code so that I can create and fix more than 1 app.
So, my option is to learn coding then start creating the app.
I have questions to whoever has taken this path.
Where do i begin to learn coding? I know theres youtube and such but what and where is the best place to learn coding that delivers it an understandable manner.
What do I need to learn AFTER I learn to code in order for me to learn to create an app? I was reading Mouyo(?) post regarding app creation but I cannot simply afford that course to be honest.
I am open to feedbacks please feel free to give me some!
Thanks Fastlaners
