Hi guys.
I'm about to start a new website which will list restaurants, pubs and takeaways in the uk.

It will list some details about what menu they serve and contact and location. I was going to add a review if each establishment that people can rate.

Do I need permission from them to list them?

Do I need their consent? Or can I just list them without anyone suing me because they will be reviewed. It will be a free website earning money from my adsense and an Ebook on the site.
