My firm has been in the office brokerage business for 50 years, but with the Internet it is now easier than ever to shop your own office space. But what about making the deal?

Most people have no idea that leasing office/medical space is NOT like buying a house...so for the smaller tenants who want to find, broker, and negotiate their own lease deal, we created this website: www.negotiateyourofficespace.com

Beginning to market across the country via Craigslist and Social media.

We have somewhat validated the concept by using Craigslist as a tool for our commercial real estate brokerage. We've had 1 to 3 firms replying to our ad about office space for about a year (about 70+ leads - 3 we helped close ;)) and think smaller firms should be given the know-how and expertise that only experienced brokers know.

We have marketed on Craigslist in all the major cities across the country using subject lines like: "Tired of Brokers Jerking You Around", "Step-by-step Guide to Broker Your Own Office", "Broker Your Own Office Deal - The Tools/Know-How You Need"

For email capture we are giving 'The Ultimate Guide to Finding and Relocating Your Company.' It is a great guide created based on a major firms research and the questions that every business owners needs to ask themselves before going through the office leasing process. 1 email captured in 5 days time.
