My name is Diane. I live in South Florida. I've lived here my entire life. Mother-of-two and married for 26 years. I'm very interested in business in general. I read about it and listen to audios and videos quite a bit. I am now searching for something that has scalability. It does not have to be in real estate. But it could be.


My husband and I have done the entrepreneur thing 2004 to 2014. But it was more likes him owning his own job. It had the potential to be scalable but only with people in that space. I truly look forward to learning I can hear. Thanks for the opportunity.

Welcome Diane! So what has 2014-2018 looked like? And what space was the business in? You don’t have to go into super detail but it would help to point you in the right direction because there is so much information on this forum.

I have been a full-time Realtor since 2014. Before that, I did it parttime since becoming licensed in 2012 and have a love/hate relationship with it. Definitely exchanging time for money. I would love to find something in real estate that is scaleable. That being said, real estate is a very saturated business in many areas. Here in South Florida, there are a lot of Realtors and a lot of investors. There are definite needs in this business. I also would happily go in a different direction if something came up. So I'm not set on any one thing.
