I’d like to ask some input from anybody here kind enough to help…:heartbeat:
I’ve just put up a business w/a partner, our business is condo furnitures…
Instead of going retail, we have decided to market ourselves to the developers themselves, the big companies who owns/develops the condominiums…
Our market research says that this is the new trend, at least in our country…
Condominiums are sprouting like mushrooms so developers should equip themselves w/ any competitive advantage they could get their hands on to make their condo units more saleable…
This is where we come in, we can sell the furnitures at cost –effective prices, install and deliver better than anybody in the market…because there isn’t one company at the moment who is doing this…
For a start-up, the cost will be extremely high…it just so happen that this company of ours is a spin-off of my partner’s other business which is office furnitures…so we have to our disposable knowledgeable manpower and competitive sourcing…
I'd like to ask u guys for any new/radical ideas to market ourselves to these developers beyond a simple powerpoint presentation to the key people from the devlopers?
Any ideas appreciated…
