Just signed up, but I have been reading these forums for a few months now.
I am currently in college in Boston, and do real estate part time. I am a Civil Engineering student which will hopefully be my back up plan.
Some of my future plans are to own a successful businesses and commercial/residential real estate. Not sure what path I am going to take to get there, but this is where I am going to figure it out.
