A bit about me: I’m 56, based in New DelhiIndia, with 30 years of experience in HR and Operations. After a long corporate career, I decided a year ago to chart my own entrepreneurial path. The journey so far has been full of learning, pivots, and personal growth.
Recently, I finalized my focus on Say Hello, a digital platform providing a private space for grieving individuals. Through my preliminary research, I found that while there are a few platforms offering group support, there’s a clear gap when it comes to private, individualized grieving support. This unmet need inspired me to build Say Hello, with the tagline “The conversation continues.” My goal is to address grief in all its forms—loss of loved ones, relationships, health, identity, and more.
Recognizing that entrepreneurial ventures take time to bear fruit, I’m also working on bridge income initiatives to cover expenses. Over the next six months, I aim to generate $1,000–$1,500 per month. To overcome procrastination and get started, I chose Mystery Shopping, as it’s accessible and allows me to be in action right away. However, this side hustle may not get me were I want to reach, therefore, I’m open to new ideas and approaches that can help me reach my target efficiently.
I’ve read both of MJ DeMarco’s books (The Millionaire Fastlane and Unscripted), and his philosophy is guiding my business thinking. I’m also influenced by Eckhart Tolle’s teachings on presence and resilience.
