after doing some cold emailing, I found someone willing to sell his site in a niche I want. The site has nice design, decent serps, not great. It is an affiliate site that uses a product feed to give the appearance of a store.
I was planning on and am launching an ecommerce store in this niche and this would dovetail very nicely with it.
about 2-3 months ago the merchant changed their store policy and really upped the shipping cost which subsequently cut the sites affiliate earnings from the $200-250 range to the $75-100 range. traffic has been fairly static, so just conversions have dropped.
The site see a little over 100 visitors a day most of which are organic.
How would you value this?
I am really at a loss. The sales $$ means very little value wise, but the traffic SEO part has decent value.
