Hi guys and gals.
I would like to start off first by thanking everyone for the previous advice.
I have rebuilt my website.

A few big changes I did was got rid of the affiliated products people never bought anything or ever clicked on them and when i got a phone call on them i couldn't answer their questions quit embarrassing.

I am 100% focused on the companies i secured authorization from to be a distributor for them.

I got a toll free number.

I recently sent out 500 personalized short introductions to local customers w/ flyer and coupons.

I am currently working on doing my first email campaign in a couple weeks and have secure a good amount of emails

Please give me more feed back on the new inproved site. www.empireluberepair.com

I am making progress but looking for a little more of a conversion rate.

thank you

A couple of things I noticed on a quick scan:

1) The colours in the box showing the reviews and comments from customers make it very hard to see the customer's name.

2) In the catalogue, the item categories was much more prominent (first, larger, and coloured) than the item name.

3) The overall design on the front page still feels a bit haphazard and busy. I'm sure an actual designer would be able to describe it better... maybe you could find one wiling to give a critique on Fivrr?

Things guys look professional, but also pretty basic, so I'm sure you could beat them.

Maybe you are trying to cram too much onto the front page, and you could make it cleaner by asking your customers about the kind of things they look for first when they come to an equipment website. Deals of the day? Recommendations? Specific parts that almost everyone will order at some point?

Again, these are just suggestions. Feel free to disregard!

Cut majority of your products, leave the best and the most wanted.
Remake your website from scratch. Don't polish a turd and don't waste money on ads to drive people there.

Once it's done - go back to your thread and post what you have.
