So I was reading the forum yesterday and I learned about Teespring and it's campaigns.
Initially it seemed sweeter than the import/export threads out there (I live in Greece) so I decided to give it a shot, try to provide value for some markets/customers, learn whatever I can and perhaps earn some money. If I am able to make at least 100$ from my attempt, I will join the INSIDERS as a present/investment to myself. The days where I would spend 10+ euros on food just to celebrate are over, time to get serious.
I read enough material on Mateens http://affengineer.com/ so I follow his recommendations.
I will create a Christmas long sleeved shirt. I know that it's not a niche market, but it's seasonal and I have seen people buy seasonal stuff, even if they are generic.
My first step was to find someone on Fiverr to make my design, but later I thought to myself that since it was only text, I could write it. I am waiting for the design, I will see if I can come up with something better and I will start my campaign.
For the sales page, I will review my Tested Advertising Methods/How to write a good advertisement/Cashvertising notes. I had something in mind, but I can always spend an hour or two for a better alternative.
I have to read a bit more on Facebook Ads and how to make the most of them. I intend to spend 10$ first when I have a design that I like.
Quick thought : I just found odesk. Maybe I can find a more expensive designer and have a higher quality design. Or I can keep searching for a good fiverr designer. It seems that "teespring" is also added into their portfolio, so I can search "teespring" as well.
