Most of you don't know me, I've been lurking here for a long time and signed up a while ago.
I built a drop shipping business selling ladies undergarments (essentially knock off victoria's secret products) using Facebook & Reddit ads which I managed to scale enough to quit my shitty job in the hospitality business and focus on FREEDOM!
I felt like I'd hit the limit of what I could achieve out of this business (it definitely could scale higher, I just wasn't the one to do it) so I sold it for a few $k and now I'm moving on to my next venture - which brings me here!
Since I have a big interest in fashion, I'm going to stick with this market. I figure people always need clothes and the huge success of Zara founder Amancio Ortega is really inspiring to me!
I have found a quite small niche within the fashion industry which has not been heavily tapped into as it's an emerging trend which I am going to start my fastlane empire with! I'm not going to reveal the exact area & product, sorry. But for those looking for ideas I recommend reading Elle, Vogue & Allure or Cosmo magazines then look for consistent micro-trends which appear across all 3 magazines of your choice. If they appear in 3/5 magazines then it demonstrates a clear trend with existing profitability - as they wouldn't spend the money running articles on it if there wasn't an audience already - let them do the market validation for you!

- My budget here is $5k which I have from the sale of my drop shipping website, which I am going to break up and allocate to different areas of the business (e.g Product Development, PPC Testing, the cost of Software such as leadpages etc)
- My goal is to reach $10k per month profit as quickly as possible, pay myself $5k to live and invest the other $5k back into growth.
- My long term target is to reach $500k in revenue within the next 2-3 years so I can hire some staff, rent an office and start to build a "real" brand and bring in external designers.
